Junior Update

I think at least by Monday everyone will be back in school and what a summer it has been!  Don’t worry back to school does not mean no more sailing – we still have races in September and back to Autumn Training – so don’t pack away the boats and keep an eye on what’s next……

We have a few cup races to re-schedule such as Lifeboat Pennant which was blown out and Grey Mare so we will keep you updated!


Optimist Leinsters

The Optimist Leinsters is on in Howth Yacht Club 7/8 September. Great local event with Senior Fleet (over 12), Junior Fee (U12) and Regatta Fleet racing with coaching.

Schools Competition 
Anyone interested in sailing for their school in the forthcoming All Ireland Inter School sailing event please let us know ASAP.  Early entry is important as last year event was oversubscribed and some entries were returned.

Smyco Cup 
Smyco cup for ladies – charity race for cancer research. All junior girls, mummies or anyone looking like a girl on the day come and support or sail for cancer rescheduled for Sunday 7th September @ 11:00 am. Small donation as entry fee for Cancer Research
